How prizes are funded and distributed.
Prize Funding
Prizes are funded by trading fees. Every sell contributes to the pot:

Increased trading activity increases Matchday prize pools.
Distribution Structure
At the end of each Matchday, the prize pool is distributed as follows:
Top 3 Forwards
10% each (30% total)
Top 3 Midfielders
10% each (30% total)
Top 3 Defenders
10% each (30% total)
🌟 STAR Man (top overall)
Additional 10% bonus
Total distribution = 100% of the prize pool
Pro-Rata Distribution
Rewards are split pro-rata among card holders. Your share increases with the number of winning cards you hold.
Example 1 — Midfielder finishes Top 3
You hold 4 cards. There are 10 eligible cards held at the Matchday snapshot.
Player unlocks 10% of the prize pool
You own 4/10 = 40%
Your reward = 40% of 10% = 4% of the total pool
Example 2 — Player wins STAR Man
If the same midfielder also wins STAR Man:
4% from the midfield tier
4% from the STAR Man tier
Total = 8% of the prize pool
When Prizes Pay Out
ETH prizes are distributed at the end of each Matchday.
Final prize amounts are calculated after official results are confirmed and any data corrections are applied. Prizes are paid within 24 hours of the Matchday ending.
Claiming Rewards
Rewards are sent automatically to the wallet that held the eligible cards at the Matchday snapshot.
No manual claiming required — ETH is sent directly to your connected wallet.
Eligibility Requirements
To receive rewards:
Hold the card at the end-of-Matchday snapshot
Card must be within your 30-day eligibility window
Purchased before the Matchday countdown cut-off
