Cookie Policy
Last Updated: 02 December 2025
This Cookie Policy explains how TopStrike Corp, a corporation incorporated in the Republic of Panama ("TopStrike", "we", "us", "our"), uses cookies and similar technologies on our website and application ("Platform").
This Policy applies under Panama Law 81 of 2019, Executive Decree 285 of 2021, Law 51 of 2008, and any other applicable data protection rules.
1. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on a user's device when browsing websites. Cookies can serve various purposes, such as enabling website functionality, securing user authentication, or helping measure performance.
TopStrike uses a minimal cookie architecture.
We do not use:
advertising cookies
behavioural tracking
profiling cookies
cross-site tracking technology
fingerprinting
Our usage is strictly limited to security, authentication, and diagnostics.
2. Why We Use Cookies
We use cookies solely for:
2.1 Essential Functionality
Authenticating users
Securing sessions
Preventing fraud or abuse
Ensuring the Platform works as intended
2.2 Analytics & Error Monitoring
Measuring performance
Identifying crashes or bugs
Improving stability and security
Aggregated statistical usage insights (cookie-free)
We do not use cookies for personalised advertising or marketing.
3. Types of Cookies We Use
Under Panama Law, cookies fall into several categories. We use only the following:
3.1 Strictly Necessary Cookies
These cookies are required to operate the Platform and cannot be disabled. They are exempt from consent under Law 81 (Art. 7) and Decree 285.
Authentication Cookies (Privy)
Used when a user logs in or connects a wallet through Privy's authentication system. These cookies do not track users across sites.
3.2 Performance & Error Monitoring Cookies (Sentry)
Used only to maintain platform stability.
These cookies:
do not identify individuals
do not track behaviour
are used only for platform reliability
3.3 Analytics (Cookie-Free)
We use Plausible Analytics, which:
uses no cookies
collects no personal data
stores no identifiers
does not track users across websites
Plausible provides only aggregated, non-identifiable metrics such as page views and device categories.
Legal basis: Legitimate interest (security, service improvement).
3.4 Hosting & Application Cookies
Our hosting provider, Vercel, does not set tracking cookies of its own.
Any application-level cookies are limited strictly to:
session state
CSRF protection
load balancing
temporary caching
These do not collect or process personal data beyond what is required for the user-requested service.
4. Third-Party Services
We use trusted partners for authentication, hosting, analytics and security:
Privy – authentication & wallet connection
Sentry – performance monitoring
Plausible – cookie-free analytics
Vercel – hosting & infrastructure
These services may process data outside Panama under adequate safeguards (Decree 285, Art. 33). Standard contractual clauses are applied where required. Blockchain interactions themselves are public and not controlled by cookies or tracking technologies.
5. Managing Cookies
Most browsers allow users to:
delete cookies
block cookies
receive alerts before cookies are stored
Disabling essential cookies may prevent the Platform from functioning.
Because we do not use advertising or non-essential tracking cookies, a cookie consent banner is not required under applicable Panama law.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy periodically. Updates will be posted with a revised "Last updated" date.
