# Geoblocking Policy

TopStrike is not available in certain jurisdictions due to regulatory requirements.

## Restricted Regions

You may **not** use TopStrike if you are located in any of the following regions:

* 🇨🇳 China
* 🇯🇵 Japan
* 🇸🇬 Singapore
* 🇦🇺 Australia
* 🇦🇪 United Arab Emirates (UAE)
* 🇳🇱 Netherlands
* 🇮🇷 Iran
* 🇮🇶 Iraq
* 🇸🇾 Syria
* 🇰🇵 North Korea
* 🇸🇩 Sudan
* 🇸🇸 South Sudan
* 🇨🇺 Cuba
* 🇧🇾 Belarus
* 🇷🇺 Russia
* 🇦🇫 Afghanistan
* 🇾🇪 Yemen
* 🇲🇲 Myanmar
* 🇻🇪 Venezuela
* 🇱🇧 Lebanon
* 🇵🇰 Pakistan

This also includes any jurisdiction under **OFAC, EU, UK, or UN sanctions**. You are solely responsible for determining whether your access to and use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.

## United States — Permitted States

While TopStrike is generally restricted in the United States, residents of the following **16 states** are permitted to use the Platform:

If you reside in any other US state or territory, access to TopStrike is not permitted. This list may be updated as regulatory frameworks evolve — it is your responsibility to confirm that use of the Platform is lawful in your state of residence.

## Why These Restrictions?

TopStrike operates under the laws of the Republic of Panama. Due to the varying and complex regulatory frameworks around digital assets, fantasy sports, and gaming in certain jurisdictions, we have chosen to restrict access from these regions.

This helps us:

* Comply with international sanctions
* Avoid regulatory uncertainty
* Protect users in restricted regions from legal risk

## VPN Policy

**Bypassing geo-restrictions using a VPN is prohibited.**

We use IP detection, device monitoring, and other reasonable technical measures to enforce geographic restrictions.
